The Role:

Spelthorne Direct Services Ltd are looking for a part-time Accounts and Administration Clerk to join the team

Working 16 hours per week

Flexible days of work (weekdays)

Initial training to take place within the depot at Ashford or at The Hub in Sunbury

Hybrid working (equipment provided)

 

The Package:

£24,298-£26,196p/a (dependent on experience) pro rata equating to £9719.20 - £10,478.40 p/a(dependant on experience)

22 days holiday p/a pro rata equating to 8 days holiday p/a

Pension  

 

Key responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable & receivable in Sage

Chase overdue accounts both by email and telephone

Assisting with month end and year end

Prepare and email Customer statements via Sage

Process and reconcile invoices, receipts and payments

Purchase ledger

Sales ledger

Monitor and manage petty cash transactions

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

Monitor and track expenses, ensuring proper allocation and documentation

Support the preparation of budgeting and forecasting activities

Assist in all administrative tasks
